3 ingredients, super easy!!! Graham loony, chocolate and crushed peppermint sprinkles. These ar very pretty and that they style out of this world.
All you are doing is dip every cracker into molten chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint, allow them to sit till set and magic *Presto*. you’ve got a cultured, elegant treat!
Peppermint not your thing? soften any flavor of chocolate and sprinkle with sliced dotty, toffee, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, chocolate and/0r paste drizzles, cookie crumbles, etc…seriously. just about something goes. you’ll go as plain or as artistic as you would like with every season.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers or Chocolate
  • 8 graham crackers
  • Crushed peppermint

Instructions

  1. Place Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers in microwave-safe container.
  2. Microwave chocolate for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly (product keeps its original shape until stirred). If not completely melted, continue to microwave at 15 second intervals and stir until smooth. Overheating will cause wafers to burn.
  3. Dip graham crackers one a time coating the graham cracker on both sides, using a fork and place on parchment paper.
  4. Add crushed peppermint to top.
  5. Let sit at room temperature until set.
